Whole-house pricing, booked directly
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are for the entire house. Check the live calendar, choose your dates and see your total before you book.

$350 per night
All year round · up to 5 guests · the entire house

No effect on price
The nightly rate is the same whether you are four or five — the house is booked as a whole.
Meals (optional)
NZ$100 per person
All meals can be provided if requested. The hosts are flexible — arrange with Gemma when booking.
Minimum stay
Two nights
Throughout the year.
Maximum occupancy
Five guests
The cottage sleeps four comfortably, with a convertible sofa bed for the fifth person — normally a child.
Extra charges
None
No cleaning fee and no compulsory extras. Any payment-processing fee will be disclosed before payment.

- Two-night stay for four or five guests: NZ$700
- Three-night stay for four or five guests: NZ$1,050
