All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are for the entire house. Check the live calendar, choose your dates and see your total before you book.
Peak season
$500 per night

Low season
$350 per night
Up to 4 guests · To be confirmed by the owner
Additional fifth guest
$100 per night
Applies only when there are five guests. It is not a per-person rate.
Meals (optional)
NZ$100 per person
All meals can be provided if requested. The hosts are flexible — arrange with Gemma when booking.
Minimum stay
Two nights
Throughout the year.
Maximum occupancy
Five guests
The fifth sleeping space is a mattress placed in one of the bedrooms, not a permanent bed.
Extra charges
None
No cleaning fee and no compulsory extras. Any payment-processing fee will be disclosed before payment.

- Two-night peak-season stay for up to four guests: NZ$1,000
- Two-night low-season stay for up to four guests: NZ$700
- Two-night peak-season stay for five guests: NZ$1,200
- Two-night low-season stay for five guests: NZ$900
